We have various timeframes for various projects which allow us to prepare and deliver within the required times. Please enquire with us on project timeframes.
We send artwork to clients via email. We also upload and send download links if files are large in size. For print work, we print and deliver to the client's address and keep our clients updated.
Open files do open a can of worms as clients may not have the software, required fonts, plugins, shapes and filters that are required to be loaded on the machine opening the open files and this can prove to be a strenuous process. This is why we have made it policy, not to send open files but rather send common formats that are user friendly.
